We’re excited to share the very first episode of the Loookit podcast, now available on Spotify. This opening episode gives an overview of what Loookit is, why we built it, and the story behind how it came to life.
Loookit was created to make customer support simple, affordable, and accessible. Too many businesses struggle with tools that are either expensive, overly complex, or require too much setup. We wanted to change that. Loookit is browser-based, runs on the devices you already have, and takes the hassle out of helping your customers.
In this first conversation, we walk through the inspiration behind Loookit and talk a bit about the problems we set out to solve. It’s a chance to hear the backstory directly, as well as what you can expect from the platform as we continue to evolve it.
The podcast is something we plan to revisit a few times, so consider this the prologue. As Loookit grows, we’ll share updates, lessons learned, and new ways businesses can put it to use.
