Every plan includes the core Loookit experience: audio and video, document and image markup, snapshots, the whiteboard, and Loookit Lens. What changes across the tiers is the scale, control, and deployment flexibility your organization needs.
Team
$25 per user per month. Collaboration for small teams. Team is the fastest way to bring visual, real-time support to a growing group. It includes 500 minutes per user per month and everything you need to connect, see, and communicate with customers and colleagues. Ideal for small teams getting started with remote support.
Business
$30 per user per month. Advanced features for organizations. Business builds on Team with expanded usage reporting and more QR codes per user, making it a strong fit for organizations that are ready to standardize remote collaboration across departments. It also includes 500 minutes per user per month.
Enterprise
Custom pricing. Security, compliance, and flexible deployment. Enterprise is designed for organizations with the most demanding requirements. It adds a dedicated server, dedicated data residency, SAML single sign-on, app sharing, sub-organization management, enterprise-managed users, customizable usage reports, and dedicated support, all with unlimited usage.
