LOOOKIT to be integrated into Fujitsu’s Fineplex platform for remote sales and customer support

Cupertino, Calif. March 10, 2021. Waagu today announced that Fujitsu, the leading Japanese information and communication technology company, will incorporate Waagu’s LOOOKIT service into a new service, Finplex eXcloser, for sale in the Japanese market, initially targeting the Insurance and Financial sectors in Japan.
Addressing the global Digital Transformation (DX) market, LOOOKITis a web-based service that provides Companies a collaborative customer engagement platform for on-demand, rich content, web, and mobile customer interactions. LOOOKIT enables the shift from the traditional face to face meetings to remote and online communications in the Insurance and Finance sectors in Japan.
